The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven professional who combines strategic insight with natural relationship-building talent. Rather than a classic “sales person”, we are looking for someone who can:
- – Navigate networks intuitively and create the right connections within Europe
- – Build a commercial structure and define a clear go-to-market approach
- – Work closely with marketing to align campaigns, messaging and market development
- – Take initiative on execution tasks such as building lists, calling prospects, and opening conversations
You will be part of our sales & marketing team and play a key part in shaping, accelerating, and professionalizing the commercial strategy of SkeyDrone. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the company’s transition from a start-up to a scale-up.
Key Responsibilities

Bring strategic direction
– Build and execute our go-to-market plan
– Translate product line strategy into commercial priorities
– Install a healthy commercial rhythm: pipeline reviews, forecasting, prioritisation - Build and nurture relationships in a complex ecosystem
– Engage with ANSPs, airports, seaports and other industry players such as critical infrastructure
– Understand the dynamics of regulation, politics, and multi-stakeholder environments
– Represent SkeyDrone across networks, events, roundtables, and industry groups
– Build trust that leads to strategic opportunities, not just transactions - Execute hands-on commercial activities
– Create prospect lists and initiate outreach
– Qualify opportunities and drive discovery meetings
– Guide prospects through demos, pilots, and early procurement steps
– Identify new opportunities and convert them into structured actions internally
Your Profile
- – You combine strategic thinking with action. Building plans and executing them gives you energy
- – You are naturally strong in relationships and networking
- – You can navigate regulated, technically complex environments
- – You bring structure and focus into a fast-moving scale-up context
- – You are comfortable pushing GTM priorities
- – You are not afraid to get hands-on: calling, building lists, following up, closing loops
- – You understand B2B or B2G sales cycles (experience with tenders is a must)
- – You communicate clearly and convincingly, internally and externally
- – You come from the broader industry so you can tap in with speed
- – You speak fluent English, Dutch and French. German and/or Spanish is a plus
- – You are motivated by building something rather than maintaining it

The Role
We are looking for a Program & Project Manager to lead and coordinate SkeyDrone’s operational projects. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of diverse programs – from customer installations and commercial sales tracks to European and regional subsidy projects.
You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while aligning closely with internal stakeholders, customers and partners.
You excel in the dynamic rhythm of a scale-up — adapting as priorities evolve, making impact with limited resources, and turning ideas into action. You combine strategic thinking with a get-it-done mindset.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage the full lifecycle of operational projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
– Coordinate multi-stakeholder projects involving customers, suppliers, and public authorities.
– Oversee installation projects for drone detection systems across various sites.
– Support commercial sales tracks by translating customer requirements into actionable project plans.
– Lead the execution and reporting of subsidy-funded projects (regional, national, or EU).
– Implement and continuously improve project management methodologies and tools.
– Report project status, risks, and opportunities to the management team.
– Foster strong alignment between internal teams and external partners to turn shared goals into coordinated action.
– Design and embed a scalable delivery framework, empowering project owners with tools and best practices.
– Lead the evolution of our operational governance as we scale from project delivery to program excellence.
Your Profile
– Minimum 7 years of experience in programme or project management, ideally in a software environment.
– Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
– Strong organisational and communication skills.
– Experience with public or EU-funded projects is a strong asset.
– Familiarity with aviation, drones, or telecom sectors is a plus.
– Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
– PMP or PRINCE2 certification is considered an advantage.
